Websites that know it's me and link to my facebook to leave comments and to "like" the page.... how do I opt out?

I went into the privacy settings and opted out the "Instant personalization" feature. Thought that would fix it, but it hasn't. I am tired of going to pages, which are mostly news articles, and seeing the page show myself logged into facebook and have a section for me to leave comments via my facebook profile. How do I stop this?
