What's the name of this Dystopian story?

I'm revisiting old stories that I read in school. This one is about your typical Dystopian society where everything is the same. The only thing I can remember is that the protagonist leaves this society (with one other person?) and they find a cabin in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of our everyday stuff that they don't recognize. They find a book, and are mistakenly impressed by the writer's "perfect handwriting" (printed typeface). I can't remember the rest..
