Let's get loud.
It took the Tea Party all of 13 seconds after Obama's inauguration to become a loud and disruptive voice in American Politics. The response from Progressives has been to roll over and complain.
I for one am tired of this apathetic attitude. The one that says "well, change is hard and everything I do has no effect." No longer can we let this mindset prevail in our ideals. Progressives are the ones fighting for Worker's Rights, for the Middle Class and for the majority of Americans.
Let's start to use the tactics of the right against them. Anytime your representative votes against your interest you need to be writing letters and making calls to them. You need to be encouraging your friends and family to do the same.
Whenever you read an outrageous story, instead of posting comments on Reddit, let's send them out to our friends and family and encourage them to spread the message on.
Let's change the narrative away from Religion and get it focused on actually doing good for people. Let's fight the dismantling of the Middle Class. We can not give up because of apathy.
