So you like that wonky shit? Sweet, like hearing it live? Well fuck, go check out and frontpage /r/aves
--> http://www.reddit.com/r/aves
As reddit is quickly becoming the internet's biggest bulletin board, the time has come to utilize the simplicity and efficiency of reddit in more ways than it is currently being used. Hence I am putting the word out today to draw attention to r/aves, a subreddit where people can find live shows around them and beyond, as I consistently see people asking "where is the [favorite electronic sub genre here]??" Facebook is the current number one source but obviously doesn't work well unless you're a promoter's friend (plus facebook sucks), and forums are way more inefficient, cumbersome, and not as well populated as reddit. Reddit provides a great format for posting and discussing shows, all we need is the people. So go, use the subreddit, upvote this for attention, and I'll keep crossposting in every electronica subreddit today. And if you're a promoter go and promote away!!
