Can a search be saved as an RSS feed?

I already subscribed to several subreddits via RSS feed (i.e. http://reddit.com/r/rails/.rss) but that syntax doesn't really work for a search URL where there are parameters (http://www.reddit.com/search?q=narwahl). Any chance there's a secret way to get RSS out of that one? Several obvious variations of trying to get that crucial ".rss" in there did not seem to help.
