DAE think in/switch to another language when making out?

My first boyfriend spoke no English. His first language is my 4th language and we always spoke it, including sweet talking/making out, etc. Since then, I instinctively switch to that language the moment making out starts. I should note that while I have since dated men who speak that language, many if not most also speak English. With some, we only spoke English despite having that language as a fallback. I still sweet talk/think in exclusively his language when making out. It's occasionally embarrassing. (Editted for spelling/wording)
