Stop complaining about prop 19 not passing, anyone who is getting as worked up as some of you has set themselves up to fail. There was always a chance that prop 19 would not pass, all of you should know this. There was no reason to always think that it would pass, that's just going to disappoint you if it doesn't. Look what happened, it didn't pass and people are freaking out about it. There is no reason to get this emotional about this. It is not a matter of life or death, it is a small thing, it doesn't change anything by not passing.

Life will go on, ideas may change, and in the future it may pass, but for the moment it did not and you must accept that. I also wanted it to pass but I always kept in mind that it had a very large chance of failing, I am not emotionally distressed by it not passing. You all still have medical marijuana, I live in New Jersey which is one of the many states where it is still completely illegal to posses or to buy. Consider yourselves lucky that you can go to a store and buy it as long as you have a card.

I'm going to get masses of downvotes for this, I know, and it will be because I don't share the same fanatical rage that a single, small bill was not passed that some of you have.

For fucks sake people, calm down.

Now then, let me show you what I mean.

This post was made earlier that directly targets those who voted no. there are many people out there with many reasons that they may have voted that way. Getting mad at someone because they don't have the same beliefs as you is not the way to do things. Insulting someone because of their choices do not reflect yours is the perfect way to get them to believe that your choices caused you to act the way you did. If someone doesn't want to listen to your opinion, don't get mad at them. Understand that they can make their own choices for their own reasons.

This post here complains about how many people aren't even registered to vote and then says that it is pathetic. I do not know if this was your intent but people will read this as you calling them pathetic if they did not register. Perhaps they could not register, perhaps they had no time and could not get an absentee ballot. Calling someone pathetic will not rally them to your cause. It will push them away.

As I said earlier, just calm down about it.
