You did one thing right with prop 23. You have completely failed your state, your country and the planet with the NO on prop 19. Was it perfect? No. but now instead of making cannabis legal and taxing the ever loving shit out of it.... You continue the War on Sanity... er... Drugs. I hope you enjoy continuing to pay taxes to feed inmates that have nothing but a cannabis offense. 90% of cannabis convictions had no violence involved. And of those, 90% I believe 80-85% have had no priors. 10 Billion a year it costs to house those inmates and fight the "War" on "Marijuana". Which by the way, was a word invented by the U.S. government to make cannabis sound more "latin" and therefore, more fearful. But that's what America is about, isn't it. Keeping it's sheeple in fear. I am not afraid. I am ashamed. Stay afraid America. It's done wonders so far.
