Dear Reddit, i need Investing/Finance Advice
Dear Reddit, i love being here, i used to be a former Digg fan, but due to many reasons, now im here everyday.
Basically, due to unfortunate events i have lost both my Dad and Grandfather within a month of each other. I am an only child and so was my dad, so i am the last of my lineage. Both of them had Estates which became mine.
In other words i have come into possesion of roughly $110,000 and 3 properties with full equity. I am a pretty finance savy person, i know about MF, Annuities, Investments, and Real Estate. But i feel like i might be at a place where this decisions need alot of consideration.
Can anyone give me advice as to what to do with the money? as far as the properties, i think i want to rent them out, i feel i can get them rented and cover most expenses (property taxes, insurance) and turn a small profit. As far as the money id love some suggestions.
I dont wanna put the money into ROTH or IRA in case i need access to the money, i dont wanna be penalized through taxes. Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated.
