If I buy Black Ops from the store, can I activate it through steam like MW2?

I really like purchasing games from Steam as it updates it for me automatically and I can download the game files anywhere. I bought MW2 from a store and it was officially add-able to my Steam account, which is great. Can I do the same with Black Ops?

I ask this because here in NZ we have limited bandwidth so I can't really download an entire game unless I want to destroy my month's limit. Also it's cheaper buying the physical thing.
