Anyone experienced with setting up a music LLC?

Summary, I'm in a band, been touring for a few years, about to release a shitload of music and...Basically, I want to have a bank account so when we get paid in checks, I'm not the one on the hook for paying the taxes. It would also be great to open up a small credit line or get a very small loan so that I can overhaul my PA and buy some new gear, so we can take the next step. And I want to create a label for all the musicians I am around. So if anyone has any insight into create a legitimate business out of their music career on their own with little money... here's your chance to help a brotha out!

(I've been in a band for 4 years now. We have 1 CD out, and 3 more in the process. Recently, we have split into 3 different bands, and now it makes sense to me to create a label to serve as a jumpoff point for anyone who knows our band and wants to find all of our music very easily. Between the 3 bands, we tour a lot, every weekend we're out on the road playing somewhere.

I put together a PA system that has served us pretty well for the last few years. I have added and replaced different elements whenever they have broken down or when we have felt we needed the upgrade. Now the latest speaker and amp blew, and I think it is time I make this thing legit.)
