How do I prevent graphic designers to send me unlimited design updates while in production/coding their site designs?

I code sites for graphic designers, they seem to get creative every single second, sending up to 10 updates every day while I am trying to code the site, they seem to forget even a whole footer or submenu, what I think sometimes is a feature (like a join mailing list text box without a send button) it tends to be something they "forgot". How do you guys deal with it? I think they don't understand what a deadline is when it comes to design work (or complete redesign), but they still give me a deadline to finish coding the site.
