Don't let Prop 19's failure get you down! Massachusetts gives us hope!

As most of you have probably learned by now Proposition 19 has failed to pass in California.

On the east coast Massachusetts had non-binding questions for certain selected voting districts on 2 pivotal questions. *1. Should seriously ill patients have access to medical marijuana *2. Legalization of marijuana use for persons over 21

BOTH of these non-binding questions came out with a YES result in ALL districts. Poll Results
