I own yourvote2012.com and .net, I want to make it into a legalization page.... can somebody help?

I've owned these domains for a couple years now, and with Prop 19 falling through, I want to get working on this asap... I've reached out to many to reddit before, nobody really spoke up and wanted to help. I've called MPP.org, and I've called norml.org, both seemed uninterested. I think as generic as the domain is, it could make a huge difference in the election to come for president, and with a little ad campain it could reach out to a fairly big crowd. I can supply content to the web page, i just suck at making a webpage... so if somebody could help me out, maybe we can make a difference.
