Can I repair my 2-year old LCD TV myself?

I have this TV. It is two years old. The capacitors blew, which Samsung covered under warranty, but the piece of shit company they outsourced it to did further damage to the unit and now apparently it needs a new board. What luck!

1. Where would I even get the board to replace it myself?
2. Keeping in mind that I have no experience doing anything like this, would I even be able to swap it out myself and get it working again?
