Got my copy of The Machine of Death yesterday...

Got it along with the first volume of Mark Twain's Autobiography and a CD.

The Machine of Death is roughly 550 pages at $10, which is roughly 55 pages per dollar. Wow!

The Mark Twain book, weighing in at a hefty 700 or so pages, cost $20. That's only 35 pages per dollar -- victory is yours, Mr. North!!

The CD, for reference, contained a scant few pages and also cost $10. That's less than 1 ppd! Boo!

Mr. North truly has written the best book since The Yellow Pages, 2010 on this metric, the only relevant one in my eye.
