...for deliberately making your Xbox Live subscription canceling process frustrating and difficult. Why exactly, other than inconvenience, do I have to CALL you to cancel my subscription when I can subscribe easily through your site? Not only that, but you also turn auto-renew on when it's off...hoping people don't notice and in order to turn it off again you have to go through nearly five pages of ads to get to the page.
