I want snow boots, any good suggestions?

I have never owned snowboots. I am thinking something like ones that I can go outside in the snow but also wear them with regular pants when it is just really cold outside.

I would like a pair that is durable and long lasting because I want this to be like an investment.

Price Range: 1-150 dollars and I am in the US if that matters

Edit: I am male, forgot that important bit

Thanks for the help
