Anyone looking for a roommate in the district?

I lived here over the Spring/Summer but signed up only for the tourist season. Now I've moved away and want to come back to the city ASAP. I'd like something as close to downtown as possible. Metro access and parking are definite pluses but by no means mandatory.

I'm putting off craigslist, etc, until I've exhausted preferable alternatives.

Also, don't tell just anyone, but since I work for a local Segway tour company I get to take friends on joyrides...
