Crazy server lag after halloween patch, anyone else?

I'm getting crazy server lag (placing blocks that disappear and then after a few seconds they reappear) after the latest patch. Anyone else experiencing this and is there any way to debug it?

Server specs iMac i5 2GB of ram allocated 21Mbps Down/15Mbps up dedicated connection Players: Only me and my GF Mods: Only hey0

Any ideas how to troubleshoot?
