Can anyone else do this with their ears?

I've been able to do this for as long as I can remember. You know that sound that's in your head when ever you yawn, or swallow to pop your ears? I can make that sound (it's not audible outside of my head) whenever I want, but I don't completely understand how/why I can do this. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, what's going on?
