Looking for some clipless pedals/shoes I can walk in, but I would prefer if they weren't Chinese.

So I've gotten to the point of riding/bike activities (bike polo, etc), that I would like some clipless shoes/pedals. I don't have much to spend, and would like to keep it to about $75-125 for everything. I would probably just go with some used pedals of some sort, but I'm looking for some shoes.

I've tried to remove Chinese made products as much as possible from the things I buy, and all the clipless shoes that I've found seem to be made there. Are chinese made shoes just something I'm going to have to suck up? (Save spending $300 on Italian sidi's, which just isn't going to happen)

I'd also like these shoes to be able to be "walkable", so they'd need a recessed cleat from what I've read? Any suggestions on a cheap shoe which gets this done. I'd also like something "warmish" for winter, although I usually just wear skate shoes in the winter, so it doesn't need to be water/cold proof.

I'm located in Canada, and I'm near enough to a MEC, probably the cheapest option for shoes?
