people bitching about prop 19 not passing

Alot of stoners in California voted against it (i voted for it) for these reasons:

1.it's not going to be free and clear legal, theres restrictions and formalities that will fuck you harder than the $100 fine imposed now.

2.Prop 19 is going to create a legal platform that's going to fuck Cali. Its going to ruin the market and destroy economies such as Mendocino who RELY on this illegal trade.

3.Instead of a $100 fine, you'll now get a minor in possession. (if under 21)

4.Instead of lenient growing areas, it will be a 5x5 area.

Not to mention they are going to hand out dui's like candy on Halloween.

6.If you want to smoke pot legally, stub your toe on the door on the way in, you'll get a cannicard.

7.If it did pass, the sale of marijuana will still be illegal under the federal "controlled substance" act anyways, so no, safeway will not be stocking grand daddy purple or sour diesel any time soon.

LET ME STRESS- these are not my beliefs i voted for it, i just did a small survey with a bunch of friends who voted against it
