Language related questions

Hi, r/WatMM!

Let's presume that I've recorded some songs with a bunch of my friends. So we'd like to make some CDs to give 'em out to our families and buddies. We'd also like to share the CDs online - with all the covers in hi-res and stuff.

I'm from Russia, but I hope online sharing will go on outside the country as well. Q1: Will you be interested in listening to some music if you don't know the language used in the song? Q2: Would you find it disturbing to see all the covers in English whereas the language of the songs is Russian? Would it insult you in any way? :)

Just in case: so-called songs aren't lyrics-centered. So you don't really need to know Russian to get into them.

Q2 is pretty lame but it bothers me anyway. I'll appreciate any feedback.
