Could anybody help me ID this chip?
It's the chip on the right. It's part of the Zircon i20 stud-finder board, and I cannot figure out for the life of me what that chip is doing. Any help would be appreciated. The ID # is:

Two copper capacitive sensing plates connect to it on pins 1 and 3. I'm trying to figure out what processing is done in this chip before it is sent to the PIC.
