Hey WATMM my band needs a footswitch to control playing samples during gigs, what should I do?

My band is in need of some means of controlling samples during our live shows. We are a three piece metal band, all of us are big fans of death metal black metal sludge and industrial music and would love to be able to trigger samples from time to time. My guitarist and I both dabble in FL studio and already have samples made up that we wish we could use, but we have no clue how to do it. If we could get some kind of footswitch that connects via USB to one of our laptops and starts a selected sequence when depressed that would be great, but so far I have been able to find anything that would work. Any suggestions?
