You know, my liberal friends, why don't we just walk away?

We're better than this. We got beat by a bunch of uneducated people who drink tea. Last time those people picked a fight with America, we sent them back across an ocean. This time, we sent them back to Congress.

We're better than that. And there's other places on this world that deserve it, too. Let's pack up our bags and admit defeat. Let's take our talents in smoking pot and sitting around and talking while others act, and let's take it to the third-world countries we always say we care about.

We can actually make a difference somewhere.

But not here. We need to leave. We need to realize that yesterday was a message from America saying "We don't want your kind" and we need to realize that we CAN'T change this in two years. Don't worry about 2012. Don't start emailing, calling, visiting, and generally harassing your representatives until they know damn well your voice is heard. Don't start saving money to donate to campaigns. Don't start reading up on how GOTV works. Don't start figuring out how you can get involved on campaigns. Don't start talking with your co-workers and friends. Especially don't do it civilly.

Just pack. And walk. Because we can do better elsewhere. And America doesn't deserve a base that was as vehemently fired up as they were in 2008.

Because, frankly, that's what we showed them in '10. Let's never make that mistake again.
