My friends step mother insists that America was founded on Christianity, and that not believing in God is un-american, I told him to buy her this book.

She knows that I am an atheist, but my friend will not tell his parents because they will over react. My parents too believe the country was "founded on Christanity" their paster told them so. what else can I do to prove them wrong?

also; I joined the Navy and have had a few of my co-workers tell me "you should not be serving my country, its Christan for a reason." anybody else have this problem?
