SERIOUS FRAUD by Nathan Oulman of AllReseller.com, SeriousRealtors.com, JetNetHost.com and many other "businesses" - Can anything be done?

Maybe this should be in Web Design, or Realty, or somewhere else but it's too broad to pick one area and it needs serious attention.

Ok, this goes back to over a year ago when I was ripped off repeatedly by AllReseller.com, who set up an autopay on my PayPal account without authorization. I tried to cancel 4 months in a row and had no luck and got no refund after dozens of attempts, finally PayPal instructed me how to block them which was extremely complicated.

I filed a report with the BBB today finally, and they told me they have received numerous complaints but haven't gotten a response. AllReseller.com is still online and in business and if you do a search for them, and put in "Fraud" or "Scam", you'll see plenty of other people who got ripped off.

I also filed a report with the Attorney General in WA state where this guy operates, but haven't had an answer.

I also filed with ic3.com and have no answer from there either.

Next, I contacted the DNS provider, still no answer.

I then contacted the Post Office, and the Inspector General at the WA post office where they received mail, still no progress there either.

This guy is operating several businesses if you search for his name. Many of these hosting companies have no phone number for contact.

I used an alternate email and tricked him into giving up his number.

His name is Nathan Oulman and his number is 509-641-0338

You can read plenty about AllReseller and some of his other scams with Google searches. But my question is this - how can we take action since none of the agencies I've contacted seem to be able to do anything?

I've seen in my searches on various forums, over 100 complaints against this guy and his companies and no action at all.

Seriously people, if you start investigating for just 2-3 minutes, you'll be outraged at what you find, especially considering he still gets away with it.

What can we do?
