Looking for Photoshop tutorials on drawing and photo retouching

Hello everyone, I've been using photoshop for a long time now but only using RAW editor and high pass sharpening. I'm about to purchase a Wacom Intuos4 with the intention of getting more into photo retouching and drawing some logos and digital art.

So I'm looking for some <b>free</b> tutorials on learning photoshop. Help!
