Yoga website. Thoughts?

Hey all,

Recently made a website for a family friend's yoga practice, and hacked up something I think they'd like. In terms of design, what do you think?

A little self critique: it strikes me as a bit childish. I tried to push them towards a white background all the way, but they wanted a bit more colour, and asked me to put the sidebars. Don't think they look that great, but it's an idea I'd like to recycle.

Also, the top nav-bar is a bit misaligned, working on that.
