Transferring Data to Arcade Internal?

I recently fixed a broken xbox 360 arcade version that I got from a friend. I had been using my brother's xbox so all my data/gamer profile stuff is on his hard drive. The arcade doesn't have a removable hard drive and I'm too poor right now to afford one. I was wondering if there's any way to transfer to the internal storage my gamer profile + a couple save files I have.
