BlackBerry Tour 9630 Stopped Working. Please Help!

Hey guys/gals, First, I'm new to the BlackBerry subreddit so hello first off! Second, last night (11-02-10) when I went to sleep I set my alarm on my phone and everything went as usual. When I woke up this morning my phone wasn't on and it won't turn on now. Here's what I've done to try and fix it:

• Charge it for a bit
• Remove the battery
• Try a new battery (went to the Verizon store)

The only sign of life I get from my phone is when I remove the battery and put it back in the light in the upper right hand corner goes on and stays on for about 10-11 seconds. Help would be greatly appreciated because it turns out my warranty expired just in August and there isn't a chance in hell I'm going to pay full price for another BlackBerry Tour to just use it for less than a year. Granted, I still have quite a bit of time left in the year I would really prefer to just fix this so I don't have to dole out $$$. Thanks!
