What are the rules on going again?

I received a game a few weeks back (Puzzle Agent a very very fun game from Spem a very very kind Reddit user) and I have paid it forward to another user. Am I allowed to enter to try to get other games?

I am not a very big gamer at all so the short indie games are usually the only ones that I play if any, and it seems to be a great way for me to try before I buy. So am I allowed to enter again?
