Serious question for Tea Party folks and other fundamentalists...what would the world be like if you totally won and there was no dissent to your beliefs?

How would you run things? What would you spend your time doing if there were no evils to fight? I'm curious what your world would look like if it was completely run the way you wanted. How would you handle health care, education, economy, ecology, etc.?
