HELP PLEASE! I am Stuck In The Sky. Not Even Joking...

Hi im on my own multiplayer server in minecraft, and to get my bearings i decided to make a giant tower that just kept going up. eventually i got to the building limit in the sky, and now i have somehow glitched into the building limit and i am stuck completely. i can not move in any direction (i can look around using the mouse) and i cant place any objects. how can i get unstuck??

i was thinking about warping, i have seen people do it on multiplayer, but i have no idea how to do it. i am also an op on this server if that helps anybody.
