Cold weather gloves?

So it's time for me to get a new set of gloves (gauntlets really), and I'm lost as what to get. I'm going to be riding through winter as much as I can, so I'm looking for a good set of warm, weatherproof gloves. Anyone have any recommendations? Maybe even a good waterproof glove / thin thermal lining combo? Definitely gonna be rigging up some heated grips and maybe some wind deflectors later on.
