What the hell is up with the Riviera Transferring shows?

This has happened twice in the last few weeks THAT I KNOW OF. Bassnectar was sent to the Aragon this weekend. Waited in line for will call for 3 HOURS. I would have not bought a ticket if I knew I was buying it for (repeatedly) the worst venue in Chicago. Now EOTO is being transferred to the Bottom lounge. Just not a big enough venue for a single artist that is going to throw a huge show.

Anyone know why this is happening?
