Is there a word for "forgetting how to do stuff midway through doing it?"

For instance, I will be going up stairs and forget how to take the next step and I'll bend the wrong knee or lean forwards or backwards... Or I'll be talking and forget how to make words. Or Writing and forget how letters are formed. When I lose my virginity I will probably forget halfway through how babby is formed. Is there a word for this?
