IT equivalent to Alaskan king crab fishing?

What's currently the "dirty work" of the IT industry's job market that nobody wants to do, but some brave people get paid a lot to do because of supply/demand?

Specifically, the IT job market of rich Western countries like the US, Canada and Western Europe. (Not places like India.)
