How many different Rocket Engine types are there?

I've been looking around and I'm quite interested in the different variations of rocket engines out there, including the theoretical ones. I've recently discovered the an Anti-matter rocket, that a video is banging about on r/science of, and the Bussard Ramjet.

What are some of your unusual and favourite ones?
