Any tips on how I can find the number of electric wheelchairs used in America right now?

I thought I could find financial reports on the companies that make them and guesstimate the numbers from their sales revenue/price, but it turns out they're all private companies..

It's for a class project, and yes I'm trying to find it on google as well, not going well though.
