Genetical engineering is coming and with it possibly the ability to set right the reproductive rights of men. Would it be right to do so?

Imagine having new abilities. The ability to control your cells long after fertilization. If you regret impregnating a woman you simply transmit a radio signal that causes your cells to refuse to cooperate in building a fetus. Eventually all cells in the womb die out and there's a spontaneous abortion.

Would this be an ability men should have? To control their cells for a given amount of time?

Another possibility would be to give men full autonomous control over the release of sperm into the seminal fluid.

Would women protest against that?
