What fun things have you done for your S.O. while they're out of town?

My wife is out of town for a couple of days and I'd like to do something nice for her while she's away. I'm already planning the usual of doing the laundry and vacuuming but I'm trying to come up with something unique and fun and I'm curious about what others have done and looking for some ideas.

Has anyone planned any interesting surprises for when their SO comes home?
