How to initiate a possible hookup?

20/m/in college. My girlfriend of 2 years left at the beginning of September and so I'm new to the college scene. There's a freshman girl who 'seems' interested in me, however she herself just got out of an even longer relationship than me. The way I feel about this person is I would definitely hook up with her, but not pursue a relationship with her. Our personalities are too different.

Anyway, she's known to be a flirt with guys (i.e. usually has a posse of 3-4 freshman dudes when she's out at parties) but has asked me to watch The Hangover with her alone next weekend...

She's told me before that she isn't looking for a relationship but also doesn't seem to be against hookups of some sort. How do I initiate something like this while also making it clear I'm not looking to date her? /newatthis :S
