so, in responce to this depressing friends thread... why not meet people to try to hang out with on reddit?

so after reading this depressing thread, and realizing i fall into the same boat as many of the people in there (for me, wife and kid, moved away after school, then college, and i work in a very small company, so not many friends from work).

Why the hell be depressed and mope about, lets see if we can meet each other and hang out, this is a big website, with people from everywhere around, im sure somebody on here is a like-minded neighbor and doesn't even realize it.

(i guess i will go first) Im 30, i live in Norton, MA, if anyone wants to get together and have a beer and chill, send me a PM.
