TIPM (Today I Played Minecraft)

As I started my first mineshaft next to my first home of my 125435th save file, I dug straight down in order to find a secret cave system hopefully by chance. Eventually, I stuck lava, so I went back into my house to get buckets to take the lava away. When I went back into my shaft, I got hasty, and fell right into the lava, loosing everything I had (not too much, mostly iron.) Worst of all, however, was that I had NO idea how to get back to my lovely house.

With tears in my eyes, I tried to find a way back to my 4 story house, library and all, when I stumbled across a cave entrance. I looked to see coal nearby, so I hit a tree down and with 6 blocks of wood and 3 coal I ventured into the cave. I was down there for a good 2 hours, and I had to make furnaces to cook iron to make picks in order to keep digging. When I reached the bottom of this HUGH cave system, I finally found diamonds! I was overjoyed, and as I mined out the diamonds I realized that I was lost. While trying to find an exit, I found even more diamonds, a total of 7. With my last 2 iron picks, I finally made my way out of the cave, but not even near where I started. With the redstone and iron that I found in the cave, I build a compass. As I made my way back to my spawn point I found ANOTHER cave system, this one leading directly to diamonds!!!

...This is until I noticed a bug...

...The diamonds never showed up in my bad, and I raged so bad that I exited the new cave I found and am now downloading a map editor, in order to find my home and reclaim my diamonds.
