Something different in the air tonight?

Anybody else feeling that lightness in the air from the simple fact that a lot of "Republicans" are happier now? Like a cloud of confused hatred/angst/confusion/constipation has been some-what lifted from the surface of this country.

Whether right or wrong for our people, the air seems slightly easier to breathe right now. But it surely won't last for long; maybe a few weeks. Then the next 'issue' will be dropped into the water...and the ripples will resume. Are we the people seriously still drinking this? Water comes from the sky for fucks sake!

Question, seriously: Is anyone able to envision our country in a future state of politics where we don't speak in terms of Democrat and Republican? /question

Why not speak of what needs to be done for our society, for our species, for all species, for the sustenance of a planet? Instead we just splash water back and forth, then we realize we can use water guns, then there's a fucking flood in your kitchen, then some poor guy drowns himself riding the bull on a class 6 white water course through the flooded city streets...

Is the American-gone-global cultures' idea/definition of success also synonymous with the destruction/dis-assembly of our planet and it's inhabitants?

Am I high? No. Are you? What the fuck are we actually accomplishing here? Where the fuck do we turn to change the course of a broken species?

PS: This may be a stretch but I'll just throw it on the table like a freshly slaughtered goose carcass... So you got the the Bible story of Christianity dominating the where-we-came-from sector of humanity's brain. Does it not make just as much sense / Is there not just as much proof (none..who wrote that book? Humans what?) that we are an alien species seeded on this planet? Just a theory but I like it. I don't think it could be true though. It looks like its true if you compare to invasive species on an inter-continent scale. But no, I want to be from this Earth. I like Bonobos. More like Bronobos. gah!
