Need advice on my first lingerie photo shoot!

A girl i'm good "friends" with wants me to take sexy photos of her in lingerie/swim suits/ etc (not nude). All I have is a Nikon D3000, a tripod, and a few desk lamps I sometimes use for lighting (i'm a poor college student and photography isn't my major). Honestly, I have little to no idea how to set up a studio, where I can get equipment, or possibly make equipment. I've only done about 6 or 7 different photo shoots with models and they were all mainly outside.

btw, not bragging at all, just need some wise words :]
