The teams are "even" for every match for me. WTF?

I've been winning quite a bit. I'm 9-2 for the week. Every match-up I have, the teams have been "even".

I've been matched up against some top platinum and low-mid diamond. Which I figure is "okay" if I'm moving up... but I just played a game against a rank 1 Silver... who didn't really play well at all, and that was considered an even match.

I'm in Platinum right now.

WTF is going on?
